The first step hp agan download Firmware first. Understanding firmware dah ane jelasin above
1. The incoming web http://mrcrab.net/nokia.html. Then downlaod firmware fit your hp. If you do not know the type of firmware can check on google
2. then copy all the files that you downloaded earlier firmware and paste it in the directory (C / ProgramFiles / Nokia / Phoenix / Product)
